UCLA’s Anderson School of Management

During the summer of 2010, UCLA’s Anderson School of Management teamed up with Planet Green to provide a tour of the facility to 16 international students and chaperones. The Anderson School of Management offers degree and non-degree programs to work on real-world management challenges in a team setting.
They were given the opportunity to see step by step the detailed process it takes to clean and refill an inkjet cartridge we receive. The students took many notes as they stopped at each station and seeing first hand how it all works. They asked tons of questions about running and implementing a successful “green” business as well as the day-to-day operations that go along with it.

“We believe that the university’s efforts and programs in place regarding sustainability and business works hand in hand with what we do here at Planet Green,” noted Czarina Louie, Vice President of Operations. “Especially with the world shifting to more environmentally conscious operations.”
