- We provide boxes for your collection and shipping needs, however, if you would like to use your own boxes please feel free. For assembling Planet Green inkjet cartridge and cell phone collection boxes, please locate the assembly instructions on the bottom of each box.
- Please review the price lists on our website before sending us your empty printer cartridges and used cell phones. Please download a Price List and Packing Slip, found on the Our Buy-Back Price List page, and include it with your shipment (Packing slips are located on the bottom portion of each price list). The Packing Slip will ensure we know who the box is coming from and to whom we make the check payable to!
- Protect your inkjets, laser cartridges and cell phones! We cannot pay for damaged items. Please don't touch the cartridge circuitry. Wrap the cartridges in used ziploc or grocery bags. Also, line your box with used newspaper, used packing material or a trash bag, to prevent leaks. Items should NOT be bouncing around in the box. The more you keep everything securely packed, the less likely it is to get damaged during shipment and the more your cartridges and cell phones will be worth upon receipt. If you choose to package your printer cartridges and cell phones together, please make sure that you wrap the cartridges separately to prevent ink from damaging your cell phones.
- We are sorry, but currently we do not provide collection boxes or prepaid labels for shipping laser cartridges. Laser cartridges must be shipped at the sender's expense.
- Make sure the entire box is taped securely shut. Affix a pre-paid shipping label. If the label is a FedEx Ground Shipping label, please take your box to your nearest FedEx drop-off location. If it is a US Postal Service label, please take it to your nearest post office.
